No muss, no fuss

Rather than try and navigate around a website or app, it’s great to be able to speak to someone at One Call when you need to. The amount of benefits we get from the price we pay is great and when I wanted to add a second car to my existing policy it was so easy and such a great deal. Usually I shop around when my insurance policy is due for renewal but I won’t be next year. The customer service, product and accessibility to actual people on the phone (in addition to the website) are fantastic. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Making a claim is easy and simple with One Call insurance. My car was hit while parked. I sent the details and repairs were carried out quickly with no fuss. It's the human contact I like and also great to talk to someone that isn't overseas. I will stay with One Call, I rang them to cancel but they came back with a cracking deal so I took them up on it. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
