I've been with One Call Insurance for over 2 years now and I have to say, there's not one thing to complain about in my experience. From the very start with simply application, payment and renewal process. Also the consistent customer service provided has been excellent during every interaction when calling their helpline. When my car got hit by a wild animal the customer service I received was excellent. As someone who hadn’t claimed for many many years wasn’t sure how it would go but it was so easy even thou I have a claim on my record and car was repaired to a good standard Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

One call is the only call you need very helpful. I havd to say ive had some bad experiences dealing witb car insurance over the 32 years i have been driveing. But one call have changed all that with superbly freindly and efficiant staff.
