Best insurance I have had..

I am a platinum customer which means I have a fixed price for 3years along with other benefits, when it came to my renewal last year I found cheaper insurance elsewhere but one call matched the price and gave me platinum insurance which was great as I prefer them anyway. Great service fantastic price

I have been driving 17 years and never had an accident until recently. Unfortunately January 2021 a car hit me from behind and I had to make my first claim. I was nervous at first but the customer service was fast, friendly and reliable. They sent a tow truck and my car taken away. It was put into storage and I was kept informed all the time of what was happening and what my options were. From start to finish I was very impressed with the service I received.I got a courtesy car which was delivered to my door and collected after. I would recommend One Call Insurance to my family and friend because I have been with them 6 years now and had great service and a great price too. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
