Good customer service

In the 2-3 years I have been with One Call, although I have needed to use them for a claim, I have been impressed with their customer service, mainly at the time of renewal. The premiums have basically stayed the same, or even less and they always follow up with an email to ask if I am still happy with the premium and the cover. So they do appreciate loyal customers. not sure we can stay next year too expensive

It is never hard getting a new quote but not sure we see benefits in any savings and we never claim we never need to contact other than at renewal Time but next year we may have to shop about it is getting too expensive Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
