Shit service, shit website and no customer service

First class customer service

Great service and company, made amendments to my policy after receiving my renewal quote for car insurance, kept all the same great benefits of the Platinum Club Member policy and got an improved and competitive quote which was perfect for my needs with great customer service fast and clearly explained details by my customer advisor KSB. Great service, great price

Contacted One Call to sort out my policy renewal on my van. The employee (Paige) was very helpful and very patient. Renewal was made very easy, a great price was offered.
