Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Zero for this review

I have my car insurance with One Call and can fault them. The price was competitive, the cover is really poor when comparing to others.they fail I dislike the portal never worked /live chat as opposed to having to use a phone as they never answer it buyer beware Simon Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Not Recommended

I got hit in the rear in my car and this bunch of dim wits are taking her side and not mine I have provided evidence and they say one thing do another and don't replay to questions dont be ripped of stay away Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Excellent service incredible value for money

I was really happy with the cost of my car insurance received an email today telling me it just got cheaper. Contacted them excellent customer Service very helpful Can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Another bad experience after canceling

I needed insurance straight away as I needed to give 3 clear working days to the company before they would release vehicle. Got a quote £200 pound at least more than any of the companies on line we were advised to call the call centre the next day I couldn’t afford to wait as needed a policy straight away I needed the van and it had already been delayed 3 months I couldn’t afford the risk of waiting longer again I purchased a policy on line in order to get my van Never once was I told I’d have to pay an extortionate amount to cancel Had the quote been slightly more or available to do instantly I would of gone with it But I couldn’t afford to wait Online chat today Natasha K said Well you never told us you needed it straight away? Well you never asked? You never advised cancellation fees And you were patronising I won’t be using you again for van insurance Customer service is good but retention service is rubbish Reviewed on: 30th July 2022

Fraudsters

This company has taken £136 from my account even though my policy was cancelled. I have had no warning of this and there is no way to contact them to get it back as the online chat works when it wants to and no phone number is connecting. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HATD EARNED CASH. No email. no phone to cancel policy only way to cancel contract via chat if that works. No email. no phone to cancel policy. I was on for an hour for the chat to reach them. An after that. No reply email: Good afternoon Thank you for contacting us today via live chat, unfortunately it appears the live chat session disconnected and therefore no changes have been confirmed on your account. Please take this email as confirmation that the automatic renewal on your policy remains in place and your policy will automatically renew as per our terms as business. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022

need a zero option for them

Dreadful company. Phone number is void and live chat doesn't work. I will now have to find another number to phone them on to ask why they've been taking an extra £3.99 from my account every month. Avoid at all costs Reviewed on: 27th July 2022

Been a customer for nearly 20 years!
