Five stars for value and service!

Unlike with so many insurers, I've always found One Call's people to be (a) helpful, (b) efficient and (c) easily available especially through the webchat function which makes such a difference when you're busy enough with all of life's other admin - work, kids, bills etc. Did I mention that One Call is also Brill for value - they don't have pricey TV ads so you're not paying for them on top of your premium, unlike most of the household names.
