Never any issues

I’ve had my car insurance with One Call now for a couple of years and have never had any issues. Call and chat facilities are helpful and there is someone on the end of the line to talk to if necessary. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Great to deal with

My husband was classed as the main driver on our car insurance and I was an additional driver. When he passed away I had ring One Call to let them know my change of circumstances. They were ever so compassionate and supportive. Stating they would let the current policy run and at renewal time I could continue with them without losing the platinum status. Still with them 2yrs later. Not felt the need to use a price comparison site as they're always competitive, my renewal was less than the previous year. Lasting value

Have been a customer for over 10 years and always received market leading value deals irrespective of the different cars owned. Calls are answered quickly, no long queues, and queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. Products are competitively priced, fully explained and comparisons made with no hidden costs ensuring the right choice for the customer.
