All going well---- until

I was really happy with One Call until I sold my car and discovered that I was being charged £55 to cancel my policy. What a rip off!!! Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

ONE CALL IS ALL IT TAKES!

I had a lockdown accident last year whilst reversing out if my own drive(not my fault may I add).One call was all it took although I was a bit shocked the customer service was second to none and one week latery car was repaired.This year my premium has hardly increased will definitely carry on with ONE CALL. Cheap and reliable

I had a hard time finding what my first car was going to be because of how much insurance was. But when I finally picked my car one call insurance was the cheapest by far. I went though the website and had insurance within 30 minutes! Then I was going to pick up the car so I used the helpful quick chat to ensure my car insurance would start before I started driving it and just like that it did, fastest and best insurance company I've been with. One thing I will say is that I don't like just having a chat service, I like to talk to people on the phone but that's my only complaint. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
