Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Joined initially because of price.

Joined initially because of price. Was soon moved on to a better contract with more benefits but also cheaper. Then, despite having a claim, I was offered an even better deal and again with a reduced price again. They have always been pleasant to deal with, very helpful with any queries I've had. Addition to existing policy

A customer is rewarded for loyalty.

The cost of insurance is reduced each year rewarding you for staying loyal to the company. Onecall are easy to communicate with. Even when choosing a chatbox you know you are talking to a real person and so do get accurate advice. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Price is good

Luckily I've not had to use it but the portal is very good and user friendly and having breakdown cover on your insurance is a plus but hopefully I won't have to use insurance or breakdown cover the price is very competitive Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
