Has been competitive - very slow claims process

One call has been competitive for a while but I've recently gone to another cheaper provider. Service while with them has been good but when we were in a non-fault incident recently although it was ultimately all resolved the time taken to process the claim from start to finish took in excess of a year. This may not be specific to One Call and a wider industry problem but it was a painful experience nevertheless! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Exasperated
