You speak to a person here !!

Easy to use on line , but what I liked best ( besides the price for my full cover with breakdown ) is when I recently broke down I called them , spoke to a person here in the UK and was so reassured that I would have assistance and as we speak she had already placed a request ! As soon as I put my phone down the breakdown company called me to confirm all the details ! I no longer felt stressed that I knew help was on the way ! One call even checked that I was ok !!
