Quick response when calling up One Call and extremely polite and efficient staff

We insure several vehicles with One Call and whenever we call up on the phone or online we find the staff extremely polite and efficient in dealing with our query Consequently we have stayed with One Call for approximately the last 10 years as they also have very competitive rates To summarise 10 out of 10 every time Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Efficient and value cover

It was an unbeatable price at our last renewal. I've had to phone customer services which was an efficient and pleasant process and best of all the breakdown cover gives my wife peace of mind. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Cheap and easy to set up for learner drivers

Accepted without discriminating

Second year renewing with Onecall, amazing price

Insured with Onecall and my car was damaged by an idiot neighbour. Onecall took care of everything for me, and you only know how good your insurance is when something goes wrong. I was pleased to get a good renewal quote, so renewed for a second year, and took out home insurance as well. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
