Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Not impressed who they choose to insure you with

When had an accident not my fault it was a nightmare with the insurance company they had chosen. Had to wait nearly a year as claim nearly went to court, lots of stress. Then my insurance went up & was told I would get the money refunded but got back £21 wow!. Had to pay my excess Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

Great customer service.

Customer service staff are helpful and informative. I never feel like I'm being a bother. They were supportive when I had to make a claim and everything was dealt with in good time. Everything was explained clearly and it was all made very easy. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

Not the greatest car insurance

Only claimed for a damaged windscreen but unhappy that my premium was increased for 5 years because my partner had a minor bump in a car park in her car....I wasn't driving in fact had never driven her car but was her named driver on her insurance. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
