Quick and easy telephone renewal

My renewal invite came through at a higher price than the previous year. I telephoned to update my details and to see if my renewal premium could be reduced at all. I spoke to a lovely lady who did just that. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

Brilliant service

I had a no fault car crash and I couldn't have been looked after any better. To find a curtesy car on the drive the next morning. This serves was well apreaciated not that I could drive at that point because I was in shock. A Dr's appoint was made to a private doctor. And it was nice to have the security of having the car sat there in case I needed it for emergencys the company went over and beyond to help in what ever way they they could . Brilliant service.... I check round for car insurance as the company I was with had put my quote up a lot ,and I had not made any claims, my brother is with one call and said they were a great company he had gone with ,they gave me a quote and it was £100. Cheaper than the company I was with Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
