i have found they will go extra mile to help.

i have found they will go extra mile to help. They dont rush to get you off the phone they have time to talk and discuss what you have contacted them for. Explain what your policy is. I would not change company and highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Excellent customer service

I've only ever had to make one claim in over 30 years of driving. One conversation with Onecall and it was all sorted, a completely stress free experience at a difficult time. I've never had a preference for a car insurance broker. I do now! Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
