Highly professional, highly knowledgeable

I have been with this company for quite a few years now and to be absolutely honest have found much cheaper policies but I value excellent customer service. I value how quickly they answer the phone and I value the way in which they deal with things professionally kind understanding and knowledgeable that’s what matters to me more than saving 20 or £30 a year highly recommend. Excellent service

I choose to pay by an ongoing monthly direct debt but they still check in each year to make sure my policy still meets my needs. I recently had to make a windscreen claim and I was anxious about the process as I had never made a claim before. The whole process was really easy. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
