Above and Beyond in Customer Care

I am a disabled person who suffers with Fibromyalgia which causes great confuion at times. I've frequently had to call OneCall to help me understand things and thry are the most patient, kind and understanding team I've ever dealt with on the phone. I've used the breakdown Service on more than one occasion, it's fantastic, fast and efficient. I would whole heartedly recommend them to family and friends and have already done so more than once.
