One call insurance for my vehicle insurance proved to be the best value company out of dozens that I done a comparison with. I did find a cheaper one but with £500 more access. All in all there web site is easy to use almost intuitive but if you need to talk to someone you can, well I assume it was someone but if it wasn’t it was a very good Ai programme. Still Waiting

My car was damaged by a truck while I was away from it. One Call have been given cctv and know who the company are but have not returned my excess that I had to pay to get it repaired. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025

Been with one call for year's now every time I go 2 change they match the price. Call service are really helpful anytime you call . Doesn't take 2 long waiting either. Iv had 2 call them a far bit last month as I was renewing 2 car's. But then decided 2 get a new one very helpful. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025

Have used in the past and very impressed by the way you handled my no fault car accident. I was contacted and kept informed throughout claim and no quibbles or fuss. Customer service very courteous and knowledgable. Very impressed by everything. Courtesy car delivered as promised.
