When it came round to my renewal.

When it came round to my renewal. they didn't just send me an email reminder, they called me by phone. They also made me aware of what standard of cover i had and made me aware of better cover at a very little cost on one item and no cost on the others. Your representative telephoned to ask if I was happy with the car insurance I accepted and to confirm various details on the policy. He was very helpful and resolved my concern with the price stated on your quotation and the increased price paid to you. The difference is to be refunded into my account. Thank you. Very reasonable prices for an excellent service.

Very reasonable prices for an excellent service. Breakdown cover was very easy and helpful. Customer service is really friendly and very quick to help.
