We don't usually remain with insurance companies for more than one year because they are usually so unreasonable with big renewal price increases. However, One Call Insurance do have a sensible and realistic approach to pricing, hence, we have remained with them for several years. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

No human being to speak to - ALL AI

I wanted to speak to someone about swapping my existing car insurance over to a new car and could not speak to a human being on the phone for love nor money. Some of us elderly customers would appreciate just a little bit of courtesy and be able to help us through these changes.
