charged for any human mistakes

When I first wanted insurance I put my wife’s name down as to be insured but because the no claims was in my name they said I would have to change So I was told they could not just change it and I would have to cancel the first insurance of which I still had to pay the first fee they charged me and start a new policy I thought that was a outrageous. And was thinking of going else were but then thought I have to go through all that again so just left at a new policy with one call but was not a happy customer as felt ripped off Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

There is good, and thete is One Call Insurance good!!!

They have lots of ways yo get in contact with them, and they always get back to you. The staff are friendly, non judgemental and nothing is too much trouble. You also get everything yiu could wishbone in your documents your given. They are so easy yo use. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
