Good policy renewal experience

I initially received a renewal quote from One Call which I compared to like for like quotes from other providers. One Call then offered me a more competitive price, via their online chat facility, which I accepted. I needed to update my credit card details to pay the renewal fee. I was assisted by Ellis (EW3) who provided a great service, again, via the online chat facility. The whole process was efficient the outcome was very satisfactory. Reviewed on: 6th August 2025

Great Customer Service

Was originally quoted a higher rate than I found on compare the market for my renewal. Spoke to an online representative who gave me good information. we needed a revised renewal quote for our car insurance policy. Used the One Call Chat service which was very easy to do.
