That One call had taken more money out of my account when they should have, due to a clam that was never a clam, but was sorted after I had phoned my old insurance. And was refunded my money back. Reviewed on: 29th July 2025

I wonder why they do that ?

I called to cancel my renewal as I had a quote from another company for £80 cheaper . The young lady did another quote for me that was a lot cheaper than the one I had recieved to renew so I accepted it . I would like to know how this can happen they send an overpriced renewal hoping you will just accept it then when you say you're leaving it suddenly gets a lot cheaper ? Reviewed on: 29th July 2025
