Great customer service

Got my fair renewal price but after checking online felt I could get it cheaper so contacted customer services and explained another like for like cheaper deal I had seen online they managed to bring the price down to a comparable level. I have taken car insurance with One Call for a number of years and have always found them to be extremely professional, and have arranged my insurance at a very reasonable price. They have found me a cheaper rate than I was able to do myself using comparison websites. Reviewed on: 27th July 2025
