car in arson attack, One call didn't help

My car was in an arson attack in a motor garage . I ran one call insurance put through to others , was nover provided with the car hire that I paid extra for. It was impossible to speak, email, get through to anybody on the portal. They have made it impossible to get any help when you need it . You just go round in circles on their system . The Price Was Finally Right..

Asked for a price match on my renewal, but firstly offered their subscription insurance, but would work out a lot dearer. Finally offered a matched price. Found their chat page a little slow. Maybe a two second delay between posting message and it appearing in the chat box. So had to wait before it appeared. Reviewed on: 27th July 2025
