Positive, human interaction.

Nice to talk to a person, not a robot. Harry (HP1) was extremely helpful & able to give me answers to my questions as well as reassure me that I have the correct insurance. He offered extras to the policy and respected my negative answer without trying to pressure me. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025

Payment issue
