Every time I've had an issue and wanted to make a change it's been so easy to get a response, a resolution or anything that comes up it's just been easy. The company has been so good. Had insurance on one car for years with them and when adding a second car to the policy it was so easy and straightforward. Just today I had to change registration details of one of the cars and was on the online chat through the portal with Becca W and had to just type two sentences and it was done. Previous companies I have dealt with I would have been stuck on the phone for over half an hour trying to get something like this done. Was literally 5 mins and all done.
