Not so diligent with the due diligence

There is a lack of care taken by this company when checking the claims background. This leads to them being quick to accuse customers of misrepresentation without a proper basis of fact to do so. They were not easy to deal with when challenged but eventually we were able to deal with the matter but not without a disproportionate amount of effort. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

I’ve had car insurance with one call for a number of years. Have never had a problem. The renewal quotes are very competitive. In fact I stay with them rather than try and save a few pounds transferring to another company. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

Left stranded by the breakdown I pay for after I had what I thought was 1 tyre that was flat, turned out to be 2 the breakdown tried to sell me 2 tyres over the phone before even coming out, I was left in the dark with my 2 year old grandson who was ill at the time.
