An excellent company to deal with!

For many years, when due, I shopped around for car insurance trying to find a competitive quote. I found One Call and have never looked back. It’s always the cheapest quote despite giving a high level of cover and a range of added extras at no cost. Although I’ve been lucky enough to not have a car accident in the 36 years I’ve been driving, like many, I have sort help with minor glass claims. One Call Customer service is second to none! My neighbour accidentally smashed my side window when his lawn mower spat out a stone. It was sorted quickly. Two weeks later a stone shot up from a car driving in front of me, damaging my windscreen. Again without quibbling, it was sorted! My bad luck, two glass claims in two weeks, my good fortune to be with One Call! I’ve now been with them for many years and this year, have even persuaded my father to use One Call for his car insurance. Thank you for all the years of great service! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

So far,so good with One Call

Fortunately haven't had to use their actual services but they are the only company I have re-insured with as their rates went down at renewal time. My partner has now indured his motorbike with One Call. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

I really appreciate having my car insurance on a rolling contract. It keeps the prices low and gives me the flexibility to make changes when needed, like switching cars without the hassle of getting out of a long term commitment.
