I was going to leave as the quote was more expensive...

I was going to leave as the quote was more expensive than last year with no claims … called them they reduced it greatly so I stayed with them .. very helpful on the phone .. the live chat not successful and didn’t seem to work at all Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Brilliant customer service

I had a problem when I initially opened my car insurance policy. One Call dealt with the problem efficiently. They were quick to respond and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I used them again this year for my insurance because the way they had responded last year gave me confidence that if I had a claim they would be the best company to deal with it.
