A great service and superb customer care

One call insurance provided my car insurance last year and having just received my renewal through for this year, I compared a number of other providers for comparable quotes. I then contacted the online chat service at One call Insurance and after chatting to Jack A (JA7) I will be renewing with them again. The customer product and customer service is superb and will save you all the time and hassle of having to shop around knowing that you will be getting a top rated policy and service provider. Easy to use website.

Easy to use website. Excellent portal service everything that I need to maintain my policy. When I did need to call the colleague dealt with my query very well. We have renewed our policy for three years as we are so pleased with this company. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

Great company!

My premium actually went down by £7 a month when my policy last renewed. Unheard of! So I was more than happy to stay with them for another year.when I did have a breakdown, they were very helpful and sent a rescue lorry out to me. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
