I am very pleased with the whole service.

I am very pleased with the whole service. It's the only insurance I have come across so far that offers real competitive premiums and a monthly rolling contract. Car insurance is less this year than last year's :)

I've not had to change my car insurance with one call due to my insurance coming down in price. Where other insurance broker's each year goes up so hence I usually go with another Brooker that can give me a better deal at less the cost. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

Onecall answer the phone in person!

I have been with onecall for about 4 years now. They are always competitive price wise. I have had to manage 2 different claim issues. One call were very helpful and managed everything. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

Disappointing Poor Rip Off AVOID

car insurance has gone from £640 to you quoting me £3500 for my renewal! WTAF!! All that has changed is a non fault accident where the other person admitted full liability - all settled but I get stung for this - and I have paid for protected non claims bonus.
