Process after car accident.

I had a car accident in December, resulting in me being seriously injured and my car being written off. One Call insurance were great from start to finish. They processed my claim with professionalism, empathy, understanding and speed, nothing was too much trouble. My claim was settled and money into my bank in a matter of days. When I did get a new car they were helpful and courteous in arranging my new policy with the same speed and efficiency as before the accident. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
