Three policies become two.

Until recently I had 3 policies with One Call which were house and contents/car/motorbike. I had been very happy with their service and products until I changed my motorbike. The insurer of the the original bike could not re-insure the new bike which was frustrating and the quote from another insurer was not competitive. Previously to this I had changed my bike again and the insurance had just rolled over with the same insurer. All very easy and straightforward. major problem with PHONE CONTACT and call back service took hours. The MUSIC while waiting KNOCKING ON HEAVENS DOOR ( instrumental) Guns and Roses good job it’s not health insurance. The volume was very loud every time your on hold. The were excellent in my experience again by staff vert consise. NO INSURANCE BROKER COMPANY EVER GIVE YOU THE BEST STRAIGHT AWAY WHY ?
