Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

One call -great service

I’ve been with one call now for a few years. They are easy to deal with and when i unfortunately had a claim,it was settled within about a week. Even though most of the correspondence is done online, they still havre a phone number to call, when things are not straightforward. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025

Expensive fees and hidden charges

Insurance quote was reasonable but found fees and charges to be ridiculous. Cost for a cancellation was most of a year's premium and they just bill your credit card to claim broker fees without notice. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025
