Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely appalling. I am dealing with an erroneous/fake claim. One Call refuse to respond to email after email. I've even copied in their CEO (Nik Springthorpe), who also refuses to respond. I have requested information about the status of where things are at, they ignore me. I absolutely despite OneCall's administration - they are so clearly not on my side, and not working in my best interests. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Dicing with ice

When i skidded on ice down a country road, hitting the embancment and another car which was in the road, one call deltwitheverything very efficiently. The car was promptly taken to the repair shop and i was give a courtesy car whilst repairs were completed. When my car was returned it was impossible to see where any damage had happened. A huge Thank you OneCall

I've been with OneCall Insurance for close to five years and never had the need to call them. Then twice in two days my car was involved in a no fault accident and the service I've received is exceptional. In a time where my head has been a mess there expertise has kept me sane. Thank you.
