Sensibly priced great customer service

Previous insurance provider raised prices by 50% . One call reduced original/previous company by 20%. monthly reminder and paper documentation is reassuring where pdf are a mystery to me , and my fear of losing documents forever. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Extensive house flooding

December 2022 had a serious flood resulting in extensive damage and stripping out and renovation of property over a six month period. Call to One Call and immediately process was put in place. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025
