Good for specialist insurance.

I have a lodger, I am not a landlady, I live at home and rent out one room, this can make it very difficult to find home insurance. However with my One Call policy I was able to get covered. I found them to be competitively priced for good levels of cover. I also have a flat roof on an extension, which can complicate matters. I have used the chat bot to make a claim but I would appreciate being able to speak to a human. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Very good value for money and a choice of monthly payments if you need it without paying any extra for the first year, I did need it this year as I was a little short,however I will go back to paying annually from this year. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
