My previous Home Insurance Broker did not offer better terms to remain with them so I shopped around and found One Call fitted the bill with my requirements. We do have a competitive market and there are multiple companies to choose from- I am hoping to remain with One Call and have less stress at my next Insurance renewal. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

Claim response and excellent service.

Had to contact about home claim, was offered an immediate solution to my lounge tv, of which we had managed to damage with a hoover that day, at the time the Coroner Virus was in full flight, and the offer was to send a repairman to look and take away if required for replacement or repair, we declined this as my wife and myself are in our seventies and felt for a few hundred pound or so it would be safer to just order and get delivered outside our door a new one, the representative I was speaking to understood and we then cancelled that claim. Good communication
