Happiness is making a claim toOne Call!

A previous claim following a breakin was dealt in a pleasant "no quibble" manner. On renewal the was no sharp increase to compensate for the cost of meeting my claim. It wasn't a massive claim by their standards but it was a massive loss to me! Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
