The sign of a good insurer?

For about 11+ months of the year "One Call" never crossed my mind except when the sent me a newsletter or some other useful email. Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim, but I know that if I ever do, it will be handled promptly, sympathetically and professionally. Surely if you never have to think about yoru choice of insurer, then you must have made a god choice! One Call gets my vote and I should be getting a renewal notice fairly soon.
