One Call Home Insurance was easy to arrange and the team are on hand to answer any questions we may have relating to our policy. Renewal terms were most agreeable for the second year and we have no desire to leave. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

So simple

I was in the middle of moving so didn't want to commit to a year's renewal with my previous company. I found one call online and realised I could pay monthly which is convenient and changing addresses was super easy. They keep me updated by email and making changes online is so simple. Proactive and supportive

From first phone contact they were very supportive. Highly security conscious. It was easy to upload pics of the damage. It took a while for me to get a quote which was accepted at once. And Funds transferred quickly.Again I had to wait some time.for the job to be done.During this time I had two check in calls. Probably the best experience ever with an Insurance company.
