Good reliable Always There

Been with one call insurance for many years now. When ever I have had to call them I found that they are very helpful and I found I got to the right person to talk to right away no being out on hold all the time. Waiting time is very quick I found whatever my problem was was sorted out with no fuss. I had to make a claim a few years ago and I was treated with care and was not made to feel awkward very helpful from start to finish there was always someone to talk to about my claim and they knew everything with no fuss. Also very good value for money I pay DD each month and that was easy to set up and each year to ren. e. w my policy was made very easy to do. Everything with one call insurance is made easy. I would recommend everyone to come and sort their house or car insurance you will be feel very welcome and you will have all the help you will ever need. I am so glad I have my home insurance here because I know I am in safe hands for many years yo come. Saviours when my house flooded!

Sewerage flooded the entire downstairs of my house a few years ago and I cannot fault the service provided at all. That's why I'm still with them years later. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
