Superb service from start to finish

Whilst away from home, I lost my Pandora Charm bracelet. It had huge sentimental value. I wasn't even sure if the item was insured or not, with me been away from home.... but a call to a One Call insurance advisor assured me it was. Everything was completed within days. Good value no nonsense policy
