Octagon Insurance

During my time with Octagon Insurance 4years my policy only ever went down once and it was never below a grand. There claims side are slow and they lack of communication is beyond me. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Worst experience

Customer service is terrible and the way you making claim. Never again! Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Shoddy service

Octogan Insurance and they are awful so I do not love them, will be going for quality not low price when it is next up, poor customer service and shoddy service when I need to claim Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Don't bother

Useless and unhelpful as an innocent party whose car was parked and run into by a drink driver I found octagon my insurer nothing short of useless and caused me stress and loss of a days work due to their complete lack of assistance . I was passed from one person to another and left without a courtesy car or vehicle inspection for 48 hours . Don't use them Reviewed on: 20th December 2016
