Worst nightmare... no panic, job done!

Oh dear, car on the drive lurched forward. Bent the front of the house! I mean seriously. Called One Direct, they came round the next day. Yes your covered, phew! Work was done, no quibbles, they did what they say, house insurance, ok, you pay your insurance, we fix problems. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

When my front window was broken earlier this summer i phoned One Call. It was given the choice of contacting my preferred glazier or using One Call's. The whole process was completed swiftly and kindness and courtesy shown to an old lady. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

I, like many people, dislike the whole process of checking and renewing insurances but One Call makes it simple - I have done comparisons on the odd occasion but they always out do the competition - whenever I've contacted them, they've been really helpful - thumbs up from me!
