Slow, confusing and far away from being customer centric

Purchasing was fine, but the moment I needed my insurer, One Call was not there. I logged my case for home insurance claim about 2 months back and since than it's been a long winding ordeal where one have to deal with a new person every other day to be able to get any update from the insurer. If you make a complaint only answer one gets is my hands are tied it's the other team and they keep on bouncing you from one team to other. I dont think i would be recommending them to anynone at all. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
