. Quite straightforward

This is the second year that I've used One Call Insurance. I was intending to look for another company when my Ins had to be renewed. Their renewal figure was slightly higher than some others, but as my property had been flooded 2 years ago, I decided to stay with them rather than have to go through all the drama of explaining what had happened and possibly being penalised because of the claim dealt with by my previous Insurers.
