The person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.

As I am82 and not over confident using the internet it was very helpful being able to talk someone who was very patient with me.On another occasion when I said I wasn’t keen on disclosing my age,Iwas told I could whisper it and it wouldn’t be passed on to anyone else!!!
